HVAC New Construction and Remodel

Building a New Home or Business? Rely on the HVAC Company That Got Its Start in New Construction

The owner of Anderson Heating actually started as a builder in new home construction and was often asked to help other HVAC companies install their heating and cooling systems. Don learned he enjoyed that type of work, so he started taking night classes to learn more about HVAC systems and ensure that he could provide impeccable service—far above what he was seeing in the industry.

For over 30 years, Anderson Heating has been providing heating and cooling systems for new homes and businesses in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin area. As a factory authorized Bryant® dealer, Anderson is able to offer state-of-the-art equipment with dedicated service and training.

We also have our own in-house sheet metal fabrication shop to build custom fit ductwork for your home or business. While it may not seem important, ductwork is crucial to airflow—and frankly—that is what you really pay for when you install a new heating or cooling system. Ductwork that has many bends, twists, turns, or odd angles restricts airflow—so even if you invested in a high-tech unit—you won’t get the results you want without proper ductwork. Our construction matches your building’s flow and design, and also looks good, should you choose to showcase it in a more modern architectural design scheme.

Remodels and Additions Can Pose Unique HVAC Challenges

If you are considering a bath, kitchen, or even bedroom remodel and aren’t thinking about HVAC, you are missing out on many of the renovation technologies that can make you more comfortable in your home.

For example:

  • Wouldn’t it be great to get out of the bath or shower and have your toes hit an already warm floor?
  • Does your hot kitchen make it difficult to enjoy cooking?
  • Is the upstairs bedroom always too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer?

Anderson Heating can solve these problems and so many more. We offer radiant floor heating, so your feet will be happy when they get out of the shower or bed. Ductless split systems can provide both the heating and cooling you need for the kitchen, spare bedroom, or any other room in your home. And we can provide a programmable controller, so you can change your temperature to suit a particular family member, such as an elderly parent, or adjust to current weather conditions.
Come and share your plans and dreams with us, and we will design a customized system for your project.

Air Quality Is A Rising Concern in the Twin Cities

Over the years, Anderson has had many customers ask us about indoor air quality or have described issues that clearly show they need better, fresher air. We offer a variety of air quality products—from air exchangers to humidifiers and dehumidifiers that can easily be incorporated into your existing HVAC system or work as standalone units. The result is a cleaner, humidity-controlled, and healthier home for you and your family.

Concerned about energy bills? Energy efficient hybrid systems and ground source geothermal systems are the next generation of heating and cooling for your home.

Garage Heaters Are Ideal for Cold Western Wisconsin Winters

Many companies in the Twin Cities need to service vehicles, transfer food, or assist customers during our cold winter months. A garage, workshop, or shed heater can be the perfect option to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for staff and workers.

Radon Mitigation

Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can leak into your home through cracks and openings. For health reasons, it is very important to test your home for the radioactive gas. Anderson Heating has trained individuals who can help reduce indoor radon levels. Our radon mitigation systems will create a safer environment in your home.
